I was quite excited for this dish as this is a popular dish in Taipei. However, there is too much potato starch which makes it tasteless. It's not worth to try. Penang version taste better.

It is a spring roll like skin wrapped over these smashed round biscuits which you can see here on the tray.

Pumpkin seeds with various nuts with all the sweet stuff.

The famous minced-pork stew, fish ball and the others... (not important, LOL)
